Damit wird in der neuen Saison 2017\/18 der neu eingef\u00fchrte elektronische Spielberichtsbogen getestet. Parallel dazu wird auch die bisherige Papierform akzeptiert. Erst in der Saison 2018\/19 wird die direkte Daten\u00fcbertragung in nuLiga zur verbindlichen Pflicht. Gerhard Donauer \u00fcbernimmt die Testphase und nat\u00fcrlich bekommen alle Schiedsgerichte eine ausf\u00fchrliche Einweisung. Von besonderem Vorteil ist dabei, dass in der Tangrintelhalle mit dem BAYERN WLAN ein kostenloser Hotspot zur Verf\u00fcgung steht.<\/p>\n

Der Deutsche Handball-Bund hat auf der Sitzung des Bundesrates am 15.\/16. Mai 2015 entschieden, dass ab der Saison 2018\/19 auf allen Ebenen ein elektronischer Spielbericht eingef\u00fchrt wird und somit die Papierform abl\u00f6st. Diese Beschlusslage ist seit 1. Juli 2016 Bestandteil der Spielordnung. Basierend auf dieser Ausgangssituation hat das Pr\u00e4sidium im Februar 2017 beschlossen, den elektronischen Spielbericht mit Beginn der Saison 2017\/2018 f\u00fcr seinen Spielbetrieb einzuf\u00fchren und dies auch seinen angeschlossenen Bezirkshandballverb\u00e4nden empfohlen. Ab der Landesliga aufw\u00e4rts ist dies bereits Pflicht.<\/p>\n

Der Ergebnisdienst von nuLiga f\u00fcr Handball war bis heute auf die Erfassung des Mannschaftsergebnisses mit Halbzeitstand, sowie den Schiedsrichtereinsatz beschr\u00e4nkt. Es geht hier also im ersten Schritt nicht um einen sogenannten Online-Spielbericht, f\u00fcr den eine permanente Netzverbindung bestehen muss, um z.B. die Daten f\u00fcr den Liveticker liefern zu k\u00f6nnen, sondern hier ist gefordert, dass gewisse Funktionen wie Erstellen der Mannschaftsaufstellung, die Ereignisprotokollierung, erg\u00e4nzende Eingaben und die Signierung (Freigabe und Versiegelung) offline erfolgen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Als Software dient der nuScore Client der sowohl auf PC\/Laptop unter Windows, Mac\/MacBook unter OS X, Tablet-Computer unter Android oder Windows, iPad unter iOS einsetzbar ist. Nach der Freigabe des Protokolls werden die Daten \u201eautomatisch\u201c bei bestehender Netzverbindung an das System nuLiga \u00fcbermittelt. Eine Erfassung des Spielergebnisses in der bisherigen Form entf\u00e4llt damit.<\/p>\n
