Niederlage trotz guter Leistung

Beim ersten Heimspiel der weiblichen C-Jugend am Sonntag Nachmittag zeigten die HG Mädels eine gute kämpferische Leistung und konnten das Spiel gegen die favorisierte SG Regensburg bis zum Schluss offen halten. Nach einem 0:2 Rückstand und dem 2:2 Ausgleich verlief die erste Halbzeit bis zum Pausenstand von 5:6 relativ ausgeglichen. Nach der Pause erwischte der Gegner eine stärkere Phase und konnte mit dem 7:10 den höchsten Vorsprung erzielen. Trotz alledem gaben die Mädels vom Tangrintel nicht auf und kamen immer wieder bis auf ein Tor heran (9:10 bzw. 11:12). Mit dem 12:15 schafften die Regensburger schließlich die Vorentscheidung, wobei beim 13:15 kurz vor Schluss noch einmal Hoffnung aufkeimte. Alles in allem zeigte die HG eine tolle kämpferische Leistung, auf welcher sich aufbauen lässt. Ein starkes Spiel machte Mittelspielerin Elsa Rau, welche mit sehenswerten Anspielen ihre Mitspielerinnen in Szene setzte und dabei selbst torgefährlich war. Ihren ersten Einsatz im Trikot der HG absolvierten Andrea Peter und Sarah-Lou Dietl.
