Hemau (ko). Zum Saisonauftakt in der Bezirksoberliga war die erste Herrenmannschaft der HG Hemau/Beratzhausen am vergangenen Sonntag beim TS Herzogenaurach zu Gast. Bereits nach sechs Minuten führte der HG-Express mit 5:2 und erhöhte auf 8:4, ehe die Hausherren nach einer Auszeit zum 8:10 konterten. In dieser Phase hatten die Tangrintler allerdings viel Pech mit mehreren Lattentreffern. Nach dem 12:15-Rückstand ließ jedoch der knappe 14:15-Pausenstand wieder hoffen. Doch gleich nach dem Seitenwechsel legten die Schuhstädter auf 16:21 vor und kamen, nachdem die HG auf 21:24 verkürzt hatte, zum vorentscheidenden 21:28. Trotz einer guten Schlussphase mit offensiver Manndeckung gelang dem Team von Trainer Ulf Lutzkat mit dem 30:34-Entstand nur noch eine Ergebniskorrektur.
